The 2022 Special Edition Ford Bronco Everglades Features & Specs

After the recent Bronco Raptor announcement earlier in the month, Ford Motor Company introduced the all-new 2022 special edition Ford Bronco Everglades yesterday. The adventure-worthy SUV comes with a factory-installed snorkel and a mounted front-bumper 10,000-pound ZEON 10-S Warn winch. The Bronco Everglades is available in a four-door version and comes with all off-road equipment included in the Bronco Sasquatch package.

Bronco Everglades Engine

The Bronco Everglades special edition is powered by the EcoBoost 2.3-liter engine paired with a SelectShift 10-speed auto transmission. With an advanced 4×4 system and a maximum 67.8.1 crawl ratio, the Bronco Everglades can produce up to 300 horsepower and 325 lb.-ft. torque.

Bronco Everglades Exterior Features

The Bronco Everglades front and rear axles, transmission, and transfer case have raised vents to improve water fording to up to 36.4 inches. The Sasquatch Package includes 17-inch alloy wheels in carbonized grey-painted with 35-inch Goodyear Goodyear mud-terrain tires. The Everglades edition also features exterior options such as rock rails to protect lower sills, a molded in-color hardtop, and roof racks with crossbars.

The factory-installed snorkel runs up the passenger side A-pillar and optimizes vehicle performance in snow, dust, and water. It raises the engine intake to avoid the fallout from extreme trail conditions. There are five exterior colors to choose from, including Desert Sand, Eruption Green, Shadow Black, Area 51, and Cactus Gray.

Bronco Everglades Interior Features

The Bronco Everglades’ interior features a 12-inch SYNC 4 system with Ford power-up over-the-air updates. The SUV comes with standard marine-grade vinyl seating and rubberized flooring for easy clean-up. Urban Green accents give subtle color touches to grab handles, air register vents, and seat stitching.
